Class Descriptions

INSTRUCTOR'S CHOICE: It could be kickboxing it could be step Aerobics or a combination of kick, step and toning.  All levels

Kick & Tone: A winning combination of kickboxing moves. This Class is sure to leave you feeling good about your day.   Fabulous results in muscle toning form head to toe.   This is the class that works the entire core and burns the most calories per hour.  800-1000 per class to be exact!!! WE HAVE THE BEST KICKBOXING IN TOWN GUARANTIED!!!

SPIN:  A great class for the beginners and the advanced. The workout consists of riding a stationary bike utilizing different resistance levels and various positions to achieve a phenomenal workout. This workout is designed to tone muscle and improve cardio endurance while shedding pounds!!!

M&M (Muscle & Movement):  A fantastic class for the beginners and the advanced. This workout is designed to tone each muscle group in a series of movements working head to toe. If you're looking for definition and fast results with strength and fitness, this is the class you need every week. Its almost as good as personal training! Beginner to Advance

YOGA/Pilate's: De stress in this class that works your flexibility, strength, and breathing. The instructor will lead you through a series of poses in a slow and controlled manner. All poses are designed for most levels, a great class to add to your workout!  All Levels

BALL BLAST: This one of a kind class is designed for everyone to love. You're sure to get a full body workout using the stability ball, weights, sports balls, power bands and disks. This class is a cardio and complete head to toe toning workout that we guarantee to be one of your favorites. Beginner to Advance

3/2/1: Three minutes of cardio anywhere from spin, step, kickboxing, power gliding or even power Yoga and Pilate's, then onto two minutes of weights and finishing up with one minute of butts and guts. Doing short bursts of exercise helps kick-up the intensity and burn more calories.  Beginner to advance

ZUMBA: The fitness craze that is sweeping the nation and has become a favorite group exercise class throughout the world! Zumba uses a mix of Latin and international music to create a dynamic, fun, and effective cardio workout for all ages and gender. This class is designed to utilize and interval training format, combining various rhythms with movements that tone and sculpt the entire body.  Beginner to advance.

Cardio Sculpt: This unique cardio and weight lifting class will bring you to a new personal training level, with many different moves using  body bars, power bands, hand weights, step and even the ball .  You will be sure to sculpt every muscle while conditioning your heart.  This is for sure a favorite and much needed class for everyone at least twice a week!!!

TRX Suspension Training: TRX is a complete training system. It is a comprehensive full body workout that can be adapted as your fitness improves. TRX uses your body weight along with suspension straps to produce the most versital and complete workout.
